You may have heard the term ‘Local Loop Unbundling’ or LLU. This is a process by which Communication Providers can gain direct access to the local exchange and, in effect, set up their own ‘mini exchange’ within it. But because not all exchanges have this facility, some of our customers will not be able to access LLU services and will need to use standard BT IP Stream services instead. We will be able to advise you on this up front and make recommendations as to the best available solution for your needs.
